As a courtesy to the patient, the Tarboro Clinic files your insurance claims for you. Please contact your patient representative for changes in your name, phone number, address, or insurance coverage. Current information is needed to process claims efficiently and correctly.
Co-payments for HMO insurance plans are due at the time of the visit and cannot be billed.
The Tarboro Clinic accepts Medicare assignment. Patients are responsible for their deductible, coinsurance, and services not covered by Medicare at the time of service.
We also accept Medicaid. Patients are responsible for co-payments and for services not covered by Medicaid. Exemptions for co-payments are:
- Persons under 21 years of age
- Pregnancy-related services
- Medical visits for persons who have Medicare and Medicaid
